By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the RenameIQ software ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.

2. License

LibroGadget grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Software strictly in accordance with these Terms.

  • Trial Version: If you are using the trial version, you are granted a license to use the Software for evaluation purposes only, subject to the limitations described on our website (e.g., a limited number of file renames).
  • Paid Version: Upon payment of the license fee, you are granted a perpetual license to use the version of the Software you purchased. This license is for a single user on a reasonable number of personal devices.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

  • License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Software.
  • Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Software.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, LibroGadget expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the Software.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall LibroGadget or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not to, damages for loss of profits, for loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Software.

6. Governing Law

The laws of Algeria, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Agreement and your use of the Software.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
